We've been noticing in the Summerville News sound-off that many in the community want to know how the local candidates stand on the issues facing Chattooga County. We also noticed that the candidates each have a Facebook page dedicated to their run for political office. Still, we reached out to the four local candidates who are on the November ballot. Holley Strawn-Gilliland and Gary Woods are running for Probate Court Judge, and Blake Elsberry and Jimmy Holbrook have each thrown their hat into the ring for Sole Commissioner. Asked to submit a three-five minute video outlining their plans, the candidates are, in a different format, telling you what the difference is between them.
